J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway en juin 2016
Entretien
It was a very simple process for me. I applied on a Monday, and on the following Friday I was called in for an interview. The application included basic math questions to test your knowledge in change counting and questions examining your work ethic and integrity. The interview was straightforward, and I was basically offered the job on the spot. The manager asked me about my availability and the shifts I would work if I was hired. I start training in two days.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Entretien
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
