Very thorough. Detailed group interview, background checks. I believe the biggest challenge in this interview process was knowing that they require a three-step hiring process, including a group interview, one-on-one and background checks. I wasn't sure how long the process would take, but luckily was only two weeks. Overall, it's a challenging interview process, but absolutely worth it.
