After taking a ten-question assessment, with questions split between English and Math (spread across 5-12th grade), I had a zoom call with the hiring manager. It involved some hypothetical questions on how I would handle students in the classroom, such as if they are getting distracted. We talked about my general experience working with youth.

It was two interviews and an assessment. Very doable, make sure to review your math and English before taking the exam. Also, talk about how much you love tutoring and students.
