I applied online. I was invited to interview the next week. I spent an hour or so with two employees, discussed my portfolio, my experience and what the position would entail. I was also shown around the office. I sent a follow up email after the interview, and unfortunately never heard back. It's a disservice to applicants to not even send a "hey, we moved on to other candidates" message. The people I talked with were nice, but it's a bummer that they couldn't follow through.
Thank you for your candid feedback. We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up communication. This will be addressed internally. We're taking this feedback seriously and we'll strive to do better next time.

Don't bother- expect to be ghosted. I applied earlier in the year and had an initial interview, and was asked to schedule a second one. I sent my availability and never heard back. Followed up 3 times over a month long period, offering to send more availability and then asking about the status of the role. I only heard back after filling out a general inquiry on their website. They said the position was on hold.
They reached back out a few months later, asking to pick up where we left off. We did the second interview, and I haven't heard back, it's been a few weeks. I followed up and haven't heard back, and don't expect to.
It's extremely unprofessional to ghost candidates, ESPECIALLY in the middle of the hiring process. If this is how they communicate with candidates, I can only imagine how terrible it would be to work here.
