Interview process consisted of 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Technical rounds were decent and limited to the technologies and scope of my work. Which I feel was nice because it’s pointless to ask or expect answer to questions to which someone does not have experience to. If someone does answer those questions it would be more of a theoretical answer than some practical implementation. HR round was more of description of company culture and the package discussion. Apart from it, it was about my cultural fit and my pattern of switches between technologies and companies so far.
