I apply for the interview through phone and the assistant manager made an appointment of an interview. The interview was with the manager, at studio, we talk about job details, what they do here and what should I do. The manager present the job and company, also the salary that I should have and the bonuses.

I found Studio 20 through a recruitment website. The interview process was unique. They tested my english, if I write correctly, they told me about the job, what I have to do, they asked me what I did before and they have described how you can rank higher and become the best version of yourself.
