Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

Technical 1 - Questions on .NET core, Versioning , API creation, SQL Server
Technical 2 - 15 min of round - No much question - .NET, Cosmos DB 2 questions

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds

Regarding the projects I worked on and what experience I have.
Hr tech round 1-2. > manager > Director > Gallup > Business Partner
Consider 4-7 interviews. Long process. Easy questions. Consider first 2-3 rounds are critical. Energy level high. One two theee four five six seven eight nine ten
