My interview process took one month from application to offer stage. I applied through a referral and then went through a series of conversations with the team. After meeting the hiring manager over the phone and a number of reps in the division via virtual interviews, I was interviewed by a Gallup workplace consultant. This conversation was intense and long and drew on details from my work experience. The best way to prepare for this stage is to be completely fluent in projects you've worked on, achievements you've made, times you were challenged, and how you conduct yourself overall. After passing the Gallup assessment, I was invited to interview and present to the team in person. This was the most important part of the entire process because you can demonstrate how much you have prepared and make your case as to why you're the top candidate for the position. My advice: Close after every conversation you have with reps, whether or not it's a formal interview or a networking chat. The more people you know in the company, the better.

Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
