Very welcoming and open during the conversation. Great insight to the position. I was given lots of feedback during the interview, and was allowed to talk freely about the pros and cons to the area being applied. was given the opportunity to take the job but was allowed to wait for a position to open up.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

30 min interview, gave overview of job and asked about 8-10 questions. Did not move on to next round but ended up interviewing for a different position. Just prepare and understand what the role is and you should be fine. Be confident in your answers.
