Before the interview had started l had to chase up the T.A who was over 7 minutes late with Stryker customer service as there was no other way to contact her. The first thing that occurs is that l am chastised for providing the wrong mobile number. This might have occurred when applying online, however she failed to prep before the interview and didn’t allow herself the time to go through the candidate profile and resume. I was then blamed for her tardiness. Next, l am berated for spending 16minutes describing my career history, accused of spending over 1/2 an hour and failing to be conversational. Once l point out that it was 16 minutes, not 1/2 an hour (because she was late) and it was 3 mins per position, she back-peddles and makes excuses. It only gets worse from here as she has no idea about what info is on my resume. She is just making it up as she goes along. The phone becomes disconnected and l decide to not pursue the discussion further. I request that my resume is withdrawn from the application. I also file a report with her direct supervisor. The most unpleasant experience and a very bad reflection on Stryker.
