The recruiter was 20 minutes late due to computer issues, which is fine, but I was not available past our scheduled interview block, so we agreed to reschedule the interview. The recruiter was supposed to email to reschedule and never did. I eventually got the generic rejection email. Really sucks since this was not my fault. This is poor recruiting practice. If you know Styker, then you know it is very hard to land an interview with Stryker already as it is.

The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

3 Teams interviews with recruiters and a personality test. The recruiters were very personable and made the process enjoyable. The personality test had multiple choice questions and a few short answer questions.
