Met with HR once. Then met withHiring manager twice and also communicated back and forth through email. Finally attended one more behaviour based interview with a third party vendor. Then crickets after that. Not a single person reached out or responded to my follow up emails.
I have no problem with a company deciding the fit isn’t there even late in the interview process like my situation. However, I would think the company would take the time to reach out to me at that point to communicate that they have decided to go in a different direction.
I’ve been on the other side of the interview process many times with my current company. I would always make it a point to follow up with candidates who have taken the time to prepare and meet with us.
Its lazy and disrespectful. I hope this isn’t a common practice with Stryker.

I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs.Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
