I have interviewed for Stryker on 2 occasions. The 1st time years ago was great. Virtual recruiter screen, then hiring manager virtual interview, then a Gallup test, then a day of onsite interviews. I was treated well and communication was good but another candidate was chosen. The 2nd time recently was odd. The recruiter did not show up to our screen interview. No apology or explanation was given. I rescheduled using their scheduling tool. During the rescheduled interview, the recruiter showed up late, seemed to be struggling with English, and asked unclear questions as a result. When I asked for clarification on the questions, they were unable to provide more detail so I just had to answer the original question based off what I thought they may be asking. Afterwards I received an automatic rejection email. This role may not have been the best fit for me but the interview process was confusing and felt less respectful of my time than the last time I interviewed with them. The company seems like a great place to work, but the interview process could differ significantly depending on who the recruiter is
