They then send out an automated email one week later that lets you know, despite have 1+ years role related experience that you do not have the qualifications for the role and are unable to provide any feedback how they arrived at that decision. Being in recruitment the ability to provide feedback should be a fundamental skill. For a people focussed role you would think the recruiters themselves would be able to better assess applicants and at that beyond job title/keyword matching.
