Used a recruiting firm. Took 2 months between the initial interview at a job conference to the onsite interview. The company required a person profile presentation. A Gallup phone interview prior to the onsite interview. Interviewed with a bunch of nerds.

Mostly behavioral questions. What kind a leader are you? The technical questions were all over the places. Why there is a different radiation and postures between a young daughter and a woman? How you conduct a feasibility test?
