They will get you into the office for an interview and completely zone out on everything you say. They don’t ask real questions about your skills or abilities. Just a few basic scripted questions and you’re done. Then they send you an email stating they won’t be moving forward with your candidacy with no explanation. A complete joke of a company. They should really reconsider their whole recruiting process

- started with phone screen before an in-person interview
- met with several individuals over a two hour span once I met with Strive in person
- very simple questions, I believe was more to understand the candidate was competent and could work with a number of different people

You start with a ghost session. You meet with a few different managers and interview with them. You meet with HR and go over any information or questions you need clarity on. If necessary, you do a Skype interview with a director at the Austin, TX location.
