      The process: -Call with recruiter -Take home assignment -Live technical with member of specialist team -Situational and Process Q&A interview (one with manager, and one with cross-functional team lead) -No offer, feedback with recruiter -Recruiter was very informative and provided helpful docs along the way -Take home was thorough and gave insight to what I thought would be the job -Live technical went smooth, troubleshooting with docs and interviewer -Q&A caught me off guard. The interviewers really focused on process questions and less about the provided job description. They seemed to look for someone who could make high business impact in daily function and in adding to internal processes. -I did not receive an offer in the end because of lack of experience. This was pretty infuriating after all the grueling interviews to be told that they are denying me on something they could have filtered from my resume. To be told I pass on technical, but not on experience so far into the interview process felt very disrespectful. The recruiter welcomed this feedback, but even afterwards I saw job posts for the role that had not been updated. It felt like the company did not know exactly what they were hiring for. There wasn't really a clear consensus, and it was all based on hypotheticals. To be told that I performed well and could do the job description, but did not have experience in something they never mentioned was incredibly disappointing.

      The interview process lasted about one month and during this time period, I did three rounds of interviews. First was the recruiter round. Shortly after passing that, I was given a take home assignment consisting data analysis and written portion (estimated time spent: 3 hrs to generate a good report). after one week later, I was told I passed and will be moving to a live technical troubleshooting. It took one extra week to schedule that. After completing the live interview, I waited for one more week and was finally rejected. Overall, the process was very slow but on the bright side you have lots of time to prepare. Btw please do not be like me and study for 5 hours and on top of that, take a sql course to prepare for the live interview. You will only need to know very basic sql and look at the API docs for at most one hour to prepare yourself. no need to memorize anything from API docs, but you should familarize with the doc so you know where to look

      It was a very straight forward process and always make sure to lean into your recruters. They want you to nail the interview. They provide you essentially everything that will be in the interview leading up to the interview itself.

      Long, difficult, with high exceptions and high competition. Even at the final stage, you are trying to outcompete other applicants. The bright side is the recruiter helps you prep with docs/materials that you're expected to study so there are no surprises.
