J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stripe (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Jumping through unnecessary hoops with a lot of rounds meeting a lot of different people, some of whom didn’t even seem to really know the answers to the questions they were asking. Especially when it came to financial services, I was quite surprised on the lack of knowledge by people covering that industry (coming from that industry myself).

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stripe (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2026
Entretien
6 interviews with people below in ranking asking generic questions that feel borderline offensive. Case study has nothing to do with sales and overly pretentious attitude we’re quite the turn off
The interviewer process was a lot of steps but every step made sense. Stripe really tries to make sure that you're meeting a good amount of people within the organization. They emphasize that it should be a fit for you and a fit for them which I appreciate.
The recruiter was also super communicative with all the steps and throughout the entire process
