The interview process is lengthy. Through the whole interview process, can feel like the org is pretty bureaucratic. There is micromanagement from the upper leadership and low trust in the front line manager. Would not recommend if you're looking to grow your career.
Got the standard HR screening and an interview with a hiring manager. Then was given a take home case assignment. They said it would take <8 hours; it ended up taking nearly double that. A lot of time was spent trying to open their data files (given in 1m+ row Excel files). You synthesize and write a proposal document to submit for review.

I had a screening call with a senior, turned out he’s not the hiring manager. Then, I had a take home assignment. Then, they just told me that there’s no team that matches with me, and I just have to wait.
