They have good leaders running the things but I think they need to do more analysis whether they want to hire the candidate for particular position or not. Very bad in decisions making, this is possible when you think employees as jst resources.

Entretien
There were two rounds of interview. First round was taken by VP of Product and the second round was taken by Cofounder himself. First round was about the product portfolio I had and my past experiences. Final round was a casual chat.
