The interview process began with a phone interview with the recruiter. After learning more about the position, I was invited to visit the office for a face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face interview I met with the recruiter, a broker, and VP- Business Development. This took about an hour. I discussed with each person the opportunities available with this company and my own personal professional goals. I was then invited back for a third and final interview. During the third interview, I was able to shadow a broker to get incite on what exactly the position entailed. I then met with the Operations Manager and the President of the company.
