After having two interview phone calls, one shorter and one longer, I was asked to come in for my face to face interview. Before the interview I was asked to complete the Strengthscope assessment. In the interview we went through my profile for them to see and for me to understand. Everyone in the interview gave a short statement about themselves (a personal touch I really appreciated) and then proceeded to discuss how I could fit into the company.
