Applied online, Process was very fast Initially phone screen Next they asked to implement simple app, which is about 200 lines, assuming you will not spend more than 8 hours They liked app i did, and setup the next interview sessions which supposed to be 5-6 people, however it was only 2, i answered most of the questions despite one, which i did not understand what they wanted from me I got rejection in 1 hour after that session, with no technical feedback, so it was total waste. I asked them about challenges they had, and they have problems to answer about it I have strong opinion about team: 1. they either not experienced or lazy and wanted to people solve simple tasks they don't want to solve (10 % chance) or 2. they don't need more stuff, because they don't have problems, however they want to show management activity about hiring talents, which can keep going forever and show that they are a best (90% chance) I would not recommend spending time on this company unless you was invited by friend internally
