They took the test cleared it with all test cases passes but didn't contacted me. I don't know how is their recruitment process. Please make your interview process transparent . 3-week time period is their pet dialogue. I hope my advice is taken into consideration.

I had applied online for the process, got initial shortlisted and then was coding round, passed all the test cases but I didn't received the call further and on contacting them I didn't receive any proper response
Resume shortlist based on the role, a technical round where they tested on a coding problem and an SQL problem and then a video interview round. They asked questions regarding past experience with tools and also about yourself to see if you make a good fit
