Interview started with more teammates than originally planned. Would have liked to know about who was joining beforehand. Interview was also awkward. Perhaps there was no chemistry between any of us, but the interview was silent/ long pauses in between questions asked and answered. Seemed like it was put together last minute.

Basic questions on Google Ads basics and communication skills. Come prepared with questions about the role as well as extra detail on previous strategy and outcomes. Overall easy interview experience.
