Strayer has a great interview process that allows the individual to truly understand the organizational goals. The position overview was detailed and forth coming and the interview panel was extremely informative.

Was interviewed by a panel of people. They ask a series of questions pertaining to leadership and management. Big on teamwork. Ability to work long hours. Willingness to lead from the front on all aspects of the job.
