I was referred by a Employment Specialist in my college. I got to the interview on time and I also was the first one. I was interviewed in the home office not the actual store. There was about 8 people applying for multiple positions . I applied as a sales associate, once I finished filling out the application I was moved to a room alone and was interviewed by one of the Human Resources employees. It was a simple question, not really getting to know. It seemed the were desperate for employees. After that 1 question I was asked to come back the next day to fill out the paper work. I was also asked what MTA train I lived by so I can be placed in a store suitable for my commute. The next day I filled out the paper work then I was given a slip to where I was placed and the managers name and times I was available.
