Have interviewed with them twice. First time I interviewed for a lab sales position. Made it to the 3rd round which was a face to face with the sales manager. Nice enough guy. Problem was they completely ghosted me after this interview.
Second time I interviewed with them was about 3 weeks ago. Interviewed for an implant position where I have extensive experience. Talked to to the recruiter and again have been completely ghosted.
At least have the decency to let your candidate know that you’re not moving forward with them. You’re coming off as an arrogant and rude organization.
