One phone screen, then at least one round of virtual interviews, then a “final round” on-site of 2-3 one-on-one discussions with director level leadership and technical whiteboard challenges, followed by a facility tour (where they continue checking your skills through questions). I was invited on site to the final round for three different roles. I believe too many candidates are being invited to this “final round” and a lot of the reasoning behind my rejection could have been determined in earlier sessions.
