Interviewed with the HR representative for about 30 minutes and we discussed the Account Manager role and Stratas Foods. She went over my current and previous roles and asked me the standard interview questions. She pushed me to the next level/interview and I interviewed with the hiring manager the next day. The hiring manager's interview was very similar and she said that the HR rep would reach out to me and let me know where I stood one way or another. It has been 3 weeks and I am beginning to think they are not going to call.
