The hiring process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. From start to finish, it took a little under two weeks, and communication was prompt throughout. There were four rounds in total: first with the Client Services Director, then with the CEO, followed by a conversation with the Lead Technical Analyst. The final stage was a presentation round where I was asked to present a competitive analysis of two websites from an SEO and GEO perspective. What stood out most was how encouraging and approachable everyone was during the process. Each conversation felt thoughtful and engaging rather than overly formal. The team was professional, friendly, and easygoing, which made the experience feel collaborative rather than intimidating.

My interview process at Stratabeat included 4 parts. I participated in 3 calls with 3 different people on the team (Client Services, Analyst, and CEO). I had an additional panel call to present my findings from a project assignment. Each call focused on a different area. They included a call focused more on my experience and background, one that was more related to technical knowledge and interaction with the analyst team, and a culture and overall fit with the CEO. I was assigned a project to review two companies for content strength & weaknesses, as well as an overall assessment and marketing perspective. The final presentation was a great experience that showed how the team interacted together, and allowed them to ask more specific questions about how I approached the project.
