Handed in resume, asked to attend an interview with manager. Behavioural questions, asked about previous customer service experience, and knowledge of KPI's/target sales. Manager then asked about an example situation involving a multitasking situation within the store.

Step one was an In-person interview with the store manager. Step two was a meet and greet over zoom with the regional manager, I received the offer in this call.
