Typical interview with internal recruiter for 30 minutes chat on phone. Asked around your experience, what are you looking for, etc. You can simply tell she's not interested from her being not engaging on the phone.
It's okay that people don't have the chemistry because both sides are observing and making decision. But the internal recruiter is unprofessional as you can tell she's not engaging in the conversation just from over the phone.

I had a 4 stage interview process, with the Head of Talent, the directors, the Head of L&D and the HR Manager. It was a very smooth process and they moved quickly to match my timescales.
Everyone was lovely throughout the process and it was managed really well with timely feedback.
