The 30 minute virtual interview process esp. with the VP Talent was pretty interesting. I was given enough time to ask a tonne of questions and he took his time to answer everything in detail. I could tell from the interview that the company is on a strong growth curve and the employees believe in the founders' vision. Overall, it was a very interactive process.
