      I’ve had the most horrible and unprofessional experience in my entire career (10 years) with this company. With people not showing up for the interview. I advise you to NOT apply with this company or use their products. If you applied with several companies; I’d recommend you to focus on other processes. After passing all rounds I went into the office for the final interview; where there was no one - and I mean no one - expecting me. It turned out that the stakeholders I was supposed to be interviewing with where not in the office - and were not available. Some co-workers started calling around and I made the suggestion to call in. Fast forward I’m in a meeting room waiting, once both stakeholders got into the call they started firing random difficult questions with minutes to go. It was an intense pressure cooker test with the TV in the meeting room turning dark and me having to manage the interview on my own. I thought the whole experience was extremely disrespectful to me and my time. Once out of the interview that day I did receive and apology email - but then for days and days there was nothing communicated to me. In the end they scheduled a “feedback call.” Which is highly unusual practice in recruitment; and suddenly once I was in the call I was being interviewed again in an extremely rude & arrogant manner. I did not sign up for this. It was not communicated to me before hand that there would be a mini interview following. Then another week went by and they sent me an email sent with “how everything was positive,” but on two points I could have tweaked my answer a bit. All in all this company employs people that don’t care and are definitely not the professionals I’d be taking advice from. You put our craft to absolute shame this is why HR has a bad name in the field. I’m shocked; continue like this with your candidates and I foresee a PR nightmare soon.

      Could you share a “negative” experience you’ve had with stakeholders? (All questions often where asked in a negative way.) Stakeholders def need training.

      Hello, Thank you for your candid feedback. The mixup that resulted in the stakeholders not being available on site for the in-person interview means we failed to meet the high standards we set for ourselves. We apologize for that and truly sorry for this bad experience. Although this was the first time this has happened at Storio, we have made changes to our recruitment and interview scheduling process to ensure that this can’t happen again. We work hard to ensure every candidate has a smooth experience with us, whether successful or not, and we wish you good luck with your job search.
