A few days after I applied they followed up asking if I could send them an intro video explaining why I would be a good fit for the role. They said after I sent the video, next steps would be provided. It has now been two weeks, and they haven't contacted me since. I even followed up asking if they received my video, and the recruiter ignored the message. This speaks volumes for the company, as they seem to think ghosting candidates is acceptable. A simple "we are not moving forward" would have sufficed.
