Basically I applied online and literally the next they phoned me for an interview. I went into the place not once, not twice, but three times over like two weeks before I finally made my interview (apparently both the hiring manager and I were confused on what day/time on two separate occasions). They didn't offer me the position I applied for (cashier), but I did get another position (meat/seafood clerk)

Super easy, they basically just ask you about any experience and then your availability. It is very informal, jeans and a sweater work for an interview outfit. Overall, the interview probably lasted about 15-30 minutes.
