Applied online and called for an interview. They were quick to arrange the actual interview after the initial phone call and they'd clearly read my CV properly too. Interviewers were friendly and I didn't feel like I was put under too much pressure. I was listened to and given enough time to answer each question.

Applied online, had a brief phone screen and then an on-sight technical interview with a meet and great with the team and a high level overview of what I would be working on.
