I had to submit an online application first. I heard back after a bit and had two phone calls. One with my future supervisor and one with the branch manager. The calls were very conversational and no grueling questions.

It was very structured and provided a space for applicants to showcase what they have to offer. The talent acquisition team is very professional. I also talked to a particular Advisory Group that was very helpful.
