Excellent process. The people I spoke with seemed very intelligent and asked appropriate questions with clever follow ups. They expressed appreciation for me having looked quite well into the company before the first interview. Follow up emails were timely and precise.

Entretien
An external recruiter reached out, we had a conversation and I was supposed to have an interview.
One and a half months later, with no communication from the recruiter or the organization, I received an automated rejection email on the 31st of December (Happy New Year, I guess).
Folks, this is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. But, I am happy it turned out like this - I would not want to work in an organization that treats anyone like that.
