The interview process was pretty casual. They contacted me immediately after submitting my application and scheduled an interview with the store manager and store owner. I was hired after the first in person interview

It was a group interview. one interviewr and they itnerviewed me and three other girls at once. usual questions invoving retail experince, comeptitive environemnt, etc. also asked about fav items in the store and personal style

Expect to answer a lot about your view on helping clients, which sales strategies you like to use and why, and what makes you want to work there. Ideally, they want someone who can work under pressure and still sell.
