The interview process was a general description and overview of what the job would entail and basic requirements and expectations of what we as the employees are supposed to do in order to keep a clean and safe work environment i ensure the safety of other workers and oneself, the second part of the interview was general questions on the workers competency and skills and how they relate to the warehouse environment, they asked questions along the lines on how I as the worker will add to the work environment and the company’s values.
