The Interview Process was great. I believe interviewing in person versus an online platform is much more accurate and a moreover rewarding experience. I met with Transportation Supervisor, Alex and others in the office as well, including Stericycle Drivers. It's nice to know that Stericycle team members are like family.

I believe one question they asked about was: How I would resolve a conflict between me and another employee.
There was one remote video interview, one interview in person, and a final call back if accepted. Amber did an awesome job during the interview process and keeping me posted so as to not waste anybody’s time

Entretien
First interview is a video interview and is quick & easy with an HR rep. They go over the basics of the job (hours, schedule, pay) and ask a couple of questions about work history. If this goes well, the next interview is in person, at the facility. The process was very efficient & moved quickly.

Asked about my previous job experience because I did not have specific dispatcher experience and they wanted to know about my skills and how they would apply to this position.

Entretien
It was a pleasant and informational experience. All potential questions I had were answered before asking. The company was very well explained. Both the phone and in person interviewers were wonderful!
