Very easy. One e-mail to invite me to a phone interview and an assessment for my English level.
The phone interview went smoothly, very basic customer service questions.
The assessment was an English test.
The salary offered was low and I declined going further.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth,very professional yet ,I felt really relaxed. The interviewer had a way acknowledging my responses without making me feel as of what I was saying was counting against me.
