Three interviews. The first was with a Sr. IT Recruiter (phone), the second was with the department Director (phone) and the third was with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing (in person).

Question 1
Standard professional interview. No "personality test" questions or other silliness ("If you were stranded on a desert island with just one person...."). Questions were centered around abilities and recent problems solved using data as a driver.
