Entretien
I am extremely impressed with the timely manner and the professional way in which the hiring and interview process was done. My phone interview was warm. I felt as if there were no distractions. I was able to clearly understand what the company was looking for and the interviewer was also able to tell if I was a good candidate for the position.

Entretien
It began as Group interview with 3 applicants. The interviewer described t followed by he job and answered general questions. This was followed by an individual interview, where the interviewer discussed my background and qualifications. Finally there was a work observation period, where I sat with a current Customer Experience Associate and listened to the respond to phone calls. The Associate also answered questions about the work environment.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty standard. I completed a phone screen on a Wednesday with an internal recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. The phone call consisted of the typical questions - background, experience, are you a team player, etc. Later that afternoon, I received a confirmation for an onsite interview the following morning (Thursday). I then had to fill out a tax assessment, as well as an eclectic skills test that had a variety of questions, 30 total. The skills assessment had to be completed prior to the interview. During the interview, I met with one of the supervising managers for one of the customer experience teams, as well as a supervisor who was joining us from Ohio through video call. The interview lasted for about an hour, where both supervisors briefed me on the company and their own experiences. They then asked me to give a brief rundown of my experience and then focused in on customer service specifics. They followed the STAR approach and consistently asked me to look back on my own experiences and give specific examples. Once both supervisors completed their questioning, they allowed me to ask my own questions, which led into a deeper discussion about the company and their values. At the end of the interview, they explained that I should hear their decision by the end of the next week or beginning of the following because they were looking to hire a pool of 12 new reps. I was extended an offer by Monday.

Questions were customer service specific, such as "Tell me about a specific instance where you demonstrated exceptional customer service," or "Tell us about a time where, no matter what you did, you could not resolve a customer's issue and how you handled it."
