Contacted within 3 days of applying, with an interview the following week. After preliminary talking, take a typing and listening test. Immediately go do a drug test that day, background check goes through while doing that all of that. Start during the beginning of the next pay period (2 week increments).

During our conversations with client's customers on the phone, there can be unusual or highly charged reasons for contact with said customers. How would you handle a situation involving the death of a family member directly related a product of our customer's?

I feel that I had more control over the interview then the interviewers. I applied for one position but was provided with information regarding all the positions they were hiring for. The interview environment was very comfortable. The employees that met were pretty nice.
