Phone interview with two managers, focused mainly on background and experience. Asked several straight forward behavioral questions. This was for an intern program so they shared a lot of information regarding the industry.
I applied online. There are a phone interview with 2 employees at first and then an onsite interview. They asked mainly about behavior questions and go through your resume. The overall interview experience is pleasant.
