I have three rounds of interview 1, a phone call about the background, it is about 45 min. We talked about my research experience on sensor network as well as the company's culture. We also talks a little bit about the working style and group size. 2, a tech interview with hiring manager, about 1 hour 3, a 4 hours interview with 4 sections, includes technique, ML, etc. The final interviewer is our co-funder and CTO! It is a big surprise!
