Proceso de entrevista fácil, en el que HR se preocupa del seguimiento al proceso y tienen claro los scope desde el principio, se enfocan en proyectos y resultados de experiencias pasadas. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Questions or based on experience and knowledge in the relevant openings.
Detailed costing knowledge is required to crack the interview process.
I had postive experience in all 3 rounds.
Have knowledge on local supplier and some insights on how global procurement works.

Follow the STAR format. Behavioral Questions - Situation, Task, Action, Result. Stick to clear and concise answers and you will do just fine. Smile, be confident, and show passion. Make eye contact, lighten up and everything will work out the way it is meant to.
